Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is looking for an Assistant General Manager to work alongside our Patrão, driving the restaurant's business strategy, delivering strong results, maintaining safety standards, and inspiring your team to excel every day.

You’ll lead from the front, use data to improve sales and profitability, recruit and develop talent, manage budgets and forecasts, and ensure outstanding service across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience leading teams and driving exceptional customer service.
• Strong data-driven approach to improve sales and profitability.
• Ability to balance budgets, forecasts and labour.

Responsibilities

• Lead from the front and partner with the Patrão to manage Nandocas and guest experience.
• Motivate and energise the team on each shift to deliver an Extra Hot experience.
• Use data and trends to grow sales, profitability and restaurant performance.
• Develop people and nurture talent to build future leaders.
• Oversee budgeting, forecasting and labour planning to optimise operations.
• Deliver outstanding service across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.
