Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to join our restaurant leadership team. You’ll work alongside the Patrão to implement the business strategy, drive results, maintain compliance and safety standards, and inspire teams to perform at their best daily.

You’ll lead operations with a strong emphasis on people, profits and customer experience, using data to inform decisions and grow profitability.

• Experience leading teams, running successful shifts, and delivering strong operational and commercial performance.
• Strong focus on customer experience and data-driven decision making.

• Motivate and energize your team on every shift to provide an Extra Hot customer experience, every time.
• Use data, performance trends and commercial insight to drive sales and profitability.
• Hire, develop and nurture talent to grow the next generation of leaders.
• Balance budgets, forecasting and labour to maintain performance.
