Job summary

Nando's Limited is seeking an Assistant General Manager in the York area to lead daily restaurant operations and deliver the brand’s renowned hospitality. You will drive a high-energy team, maintain service standards, and ensure guest satisfaction on all shifts.

With a focus on people development and a passion for Peri-Peri cuisine, you will coach staff, manage performance, and contribute to a fun, high-performing restaurant culture in the UK.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience is required.
• Strong leadership and customer service focus.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a busy hospitality environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant operations and ensure a high standard of service.
• Drive the customer journey and brand standards on shift.
• Develop and mentor the team to build a capable leadership pipeline.
