Nando's in Oxford is hiring an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts, drive guest satisfaction, and develop a high-performing team. You will live the brand values, coach staff, and deliver memorable PERi-PERi dining experiences. The role features a structured 3‑month training plan from Day 1, a competitive bonus, and staff benefits.

As part of the leadership team, you’ll motivate your crew, manage operations, and ensure excellent customer journeys across in‑restaurant and delivery channels.

• Previous management experience with energy to inspire a team (≤140 chars).
• Customer obsessed and committed to delivering PERi-PERi to customers.
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
