Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead busy shifts, inspire the team and uphold our brand values while delivering great PERi-PERi experiences to guests.

You will develop the team, drive guest satisfaction, manage operations on shift and partner with the restaurant leadership to ensure standards, training and growth opportunities. This role rewards energy, passion and a customer-first mindset.

• Previous management experience in hospitality.
