wagamama is seeking an Assistant General Manager to bring calm in the chaos, lead a high-performing team, and support a busy restaurant to deliver great service.

You’ll work closely with the General Manager, coach staff, and respond quickly to challenges while maintaining energy and a customer-focused vibe. Growth into a General Manager role is encouraged.
