Job summary

Popeyes UK&I is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a high-volume Popeyes restaurant in the UK. You will work as the right hand to the GM, driving people, profit, and an unforgettable guest experience.

Qualifications

• Branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant management experience.
• Experience leading teams, coaching, and delivering results.

• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems.

What you'll bring to the table

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations, where needed

• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
