Job summary

Popeyes UK Chicken & Pizza Ltd is seeking an Assistant General Manager who will partner with the GM to lead a high-volume restaurant. You will drive guest experience, coach the team, and ensure operating standards across safety, quality, and efficiency.

Ideal candidates have proven GM-level experience in branded fast-casual concepts and a track record of growing sales while controlling costs. Excellent leadership and a passion for development are essential.

Qualifications

• GM experience in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant.
• Proven ability to coach and develop teams while driving results.
• Track record of achieving sales targets and managing costs.

Responsibilities

• Help run the restaurant and lead the team to deliver quality food and guest experience.
• Support the GM in building a winning plan and achieving targets.
• Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety and employment law.

What you’ll bring to the table:

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or Restaurant General Manager in a branded, high-volume QSR or fast-casual restaurant
• Experience leading results through your teams, coaching, training and having honest conversations, where needed
• Are excited by growth and ready to take the next step in your career
• Track record of hitting sales targets, managing P&L, and controlling costs
• Experience with labour scheduling, stock management, and inventory systems
• Strong people leadership, you've built teams and developed future leaders
