Job summary

Bill's is recruiting an Assistant General Manager in Nottingham to lead service delivery and guest experience. You will take the lead on shifts when the GM is away and work with the team to ensure high standards of hospitality.

The role focuses on understanding how a service operates, driving continuous improvement, and supporting management to meet site targets. A strong leadership mindset and customer-focused approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Experience in a restaurant or hospitality leadership role.
• Ability to own shifts and step in when the General Manager is absent.
• Strong understanding of what makes a service run smoothly.
