Job summary

Bill’s - Nottingham is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead shifts when the General Manager is away, ensuring smooth service and guest happiness. You will own your shift, empower team members, and monitor service standards to consistently deliver high quality experiences.

You will work with the management team to hit site goals, develop the team, and drive continuous improvement. The role offers progression opportunities and a comprehensive benefits package to reward dedication.
