Job summary

Bill's Restaurants in Nottingham is seeking an Assistant General Manager who can own the shift when the General Manager is off, lead the team, and ensure the service ticks smoothly.

You will support the management team to deliver site goals, drive continuous improvement, and participate in our Grow to Lead program with a Level 3 Leadership and Management Qualification.

Qualifications

• Experience leading shifts when the General Manager is off.
• Ability to drive service improvements and team performance.
• Strong leadership and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Own your shift – lead the team when GM is off and ensure smooth service tick.
• Understand what makes a service tick, and take steps to improve how the team delivers.
• Support the management team to deliver the site goals and drive continuous improvement.
• Contribute to leadership development programs and site-wide initiatives.
