Urban Pubs, Bars and Restaurants are currently recruiting for a talented and highly skilled Assistant General Manager with personality & charisma for our expanding group. With an eclectic mix of properties and new openings, this is an exciting time to join a people-focused and progressive operations-led business.

The Highbury Barn Tavern is located just off Highbury Fields in beautiful Highbury Barn. The pub is set in the village area with a local butcher, fishmonger, cheese shop, Italian deli, and other independent food businesses nearby.

The Role

• Support the General Manager in all aspects of running the venue as if it were your own business.
• Demonstrate great commercial acumen and be business savvy.
• Train, nurture, and develop your team to maintain high standards and customer satisfaction.
