Job summary

Nando's UK & IRE is seeking a dynamic Assistant General Manager to lead and motivate a restaurant team in the UK. You will drive service standards, manage shifts, and develop staff to deliver the famous PERi-PERi experience to guests across all channels.

With a focus on people, food, and hospitality, you will bring energy, customer obsession, and a passion for growth. A structured training plan starts on Day 1, with opportunities for travel and bonuses within the UK operations.

Qualifications

• Previous management experience and bucket-loads of energy to inspire and motivate.

Responsibilities

• Ensure the Nando’s customer journey is carried out on shift, every day, across all channels.
• Be an integral part of the restaurant leadership team and drive development of your team.

Salary up to: £35,800.00
