Job summary

NANDO'S LIMITED is seeking an Assistant General Manager to help bring our restaurant's business strategy to life. You’ll work alongside our Patrão to deliver great results while upholding compliance and safety standards, and inspire your team to be at their best every day.

You’ll manage shifts, lead with passion, and use data to drive profitability and customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Qualifications

• Leading teams and running successful shifts.

• Balancing budgets, forecasting and labour.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team alongside the Patrão to drive results and deliver an amazing customer experience.
• Motivate and inspire your team on every shift.
• Oversee delivery of customer journeys across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Salary up to:£40,000.00
