Job summary

Nando’s Chickenland Limited in the UK is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work with the Patrão, lead Nandocas, drive results and uphold safety and service standards across shifts.

You will use data and commercial insight to grow sales, motivate your team, and deliver an outstanding customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery. Training and development are provided to help you grow.

Responsibilities

• Lead restaurant management team, partnering with the Patrão to lead Nandocas, deliver results and create an amazing customer experience.
• Motivate, engage and inspire your team on every shift to deliver an Extra Hot customer experience.
• Use data, performance trends and commercial insight to drive sales, grow profitability and keep the restaurant performing well.
• Find great people, help them grow, and create a culture where Nandocas feel valued and motivated to be their best.
• Lead with experience: running successful shifts and delivering strong operational and commercial performance in a fast-paced environment.
• Balance budgets, forecasting and labour to know your numbers.
• Live and breathe exceptional service to serve the best PERi-PERi to all customers, every time.
• Keen to learn, develop and take on new challenges in a fast-paced restaurant environment.
• Actively develop your team, recognise potential and help grow the next generation of leaders.
• Own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery, ensuring every visit meets Nando’s standards.

Salary up to:£36,000.00
