Nando’s Limited is seeking an Assistant General Manager to work alongside the Patrão, leading Nandocas and delivering great results while maintaining compliance and safety standards.

You will motivate your team on every shift, drive performance and growth, and ensure an outstanding customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery.

Responsabilidades

• Lead restaurant management team alongside Patrão to deliver results.
• Motivate and energize the team on every shift and provide exceptional service.
• Use data and insights to grow profitability and ensure peak performance.
• Recruit, develop, and nurture talent to build a strong team.
• Own the customer journey across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery to meet Nando’s standards.
• Support compliance and safety standards across the restaurant.
