Job summary

Nando’s Limited in Glasgow is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead the restaurant team and collaborate with the Patrão to drive great results and a standout customer experience. You’ll energise the crew, maintain service standards and nurture a positive, high-performing culture on every shift.

You’ll own day-to-day operations, balance budgets, forecast demand, and use data to boost sales and profitability while delivering the best PERi-PERi experience to every guest.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team, partnering with your Patrão to guide the Nandocas, deliver great results, and create an amazing customer experience.
• Motivate, engage and inspire your team on every shift while delivering an Extra Hot customer experience to all customers, every time.
• Use data, performance trends and commercial insight to drive sales, grow profitability and keep the restaurant performing at its best.
• Find great people, help them grow, and create a culture where Nandocas feel valued, supported and motivated to be their best.
• Balance budgets, forecasting and labour to ensure efficient operations.
• Lead the delivery of an outstanding customer experience across Eat-in, Collect and Delivery, ensuring every visit meets Nando’s standards.
