Job summary

Brother Marcus Limited in London is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead operations across our central London sites. You will oversee service excellence, mentor front-of-house teams and ensure standards of hospitality remain high from shift to shift.

You’ll drive guest satisfaction, manage staff performance, and collaborate with the leadership team to maintain the brand’s lively Eastern Mediterranean dining experience.
