Job summary

Brother Marcus Limited is seeking an Assistant Restaurant Manager to join our central London sites, bringing energy, hospitality and hands-on leadership to each service.

You will support the management team, mentor hosts and servers, and ensure high standards of food quality and guest experience. We offer competitive hourly pay (£16.50–£18.50), training, staff meals, pension, staff discounts, Wagestream access and opportunities for career progression.
