Job summary

Flight Club Darts Limited is seeking an experienced Assistant/Duty Manager to help run our venue in London. You will lead a team to deliver exceptional guest experiences and support the General Manager in daily operations.

You will be instrumental in controlling guest service quality, coaching staff, and driving improvements across the venue to ensure every guest has a memorable Social Darts experience.

Qualifications

• Passionate about delivering amazing guest experiences.
• Experience as an Assistant or Duty Manager in a similar environment.
• Knowledgeable in controlling elements of the business financials.
• Proud to lead by example, inspire, coach and develop.
• By leading your team, you'll ensure all our guests have a spectacular Social Darts experience.
• You'll support and assist your General Manager in the day to day running of your venue.
• You'll always look for ways to develop and improve all aspects of the guest experience.
