Ginger Hospitality in Carlisle is seeking an Assistant General Manager to lead a busy restaurant, shaping guest experience and team performance. You will run day-to-day operations alongside the General Manager, motivate your team, drive sales and maintain high food safety standards.

Qualifications

• Assistant Restaurant Management or Supervisor experience in a busy hospitality or QSR environment.
• Strong leadership and the confidence to lead by example.
• Commercial awareness across sales, labour and stock.

• The ability to stay calm, organised and focused under pressure.
