Job summary

Individual Restaurants is seeking an Assistant General Manager for its Sheffield venues. You will lead daily hospitality operations, drive guest satisfaction, and mentor a team to deliver consistent, high‑quality service across our collection of restaurants.

You’ll partner with senior managers to optimise staffing, budgeting, and operational efficiency while upholding our service standards and brand promise across all venues in the group.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as an Assistant General Manager or in a similar role within the hospitality industry.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Knowledge of restaurant operations, including food and beverage, staffing, and budgeting.
• Customer-focused mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service.
