Role Overview:

Morgan Philips Specialist Recruitment is seeking an experienced lawyer to join the In-House Legal Team of a leading professional services firm. The role focuses on technology, data privacy, data protection, and AI, providing legal advice to support the business globally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support legal and regulatory matters for a global professional services organization.
• Advise on technology, data privacy, data protection, AI, and related legal issues.
• Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations across jurisdictions.
• Support Technology and Risk Management teams with legal guidance.
• Develop and implement governance policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Review and advise on new services and solutions, including governance processes and legal/regulatory issues.
• Manage external legal counsel across jurisdictions efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Provide practical, business-focused legal advice balancing risk and compliance.
• Present on legal topics and contribute articles as needed.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

Candidate Profile:

• UK-qualified lawyer with significant experience, preferably from a major law firm or in-house.
