Key Accountabilities:

• Provide legal support on various legal and regulatory issues for a global organization.
• Advise on technology, data privacy, data protection, AI, and related matters, supporting daily commercial and regulatory legal activities.
• Ensure compliance with relevant laws and regulations across jurisdictions and network policies.
• Support Technology and Risk Management teams with legal expertise.
• Develop and implement governance policies, procedures, and playbooks.
• Review and advise on new services, solutions, and governance processes concerning technology, data privacy, data protection, and AI.
• Manage external legal counsel across jurisdictions efficiently and cost-effectively.
• Provide practical, risk-aware advice aligning with business objectives.
• Deliver presentations and author articles on legal topics.
• Mentor and support junior team members.

About You:

• UK-qualified lawyer (or equivalent) with significant experience at a major law firm or relevant in-house experience.
