Job summary

Holiday Inn Reading-South is seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead the daily operation of our F&B outlets, ensuring exceptional service and profitability. You will oversee cost control, scheduling, and guest experience across restaurant, bar and room service.

The role requires strong leadership, training ability, and a hands-on approach to achieving brand standards. Flexible shifts and career training opportunities are available, with active support across the F&B team.

Responsibilities

• Lead daily F&B operations to maintain high service standards.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant and outlets.
• Collaborate with Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager, and Operations Manager.
• Manage duty manager shifts as required.
