Responsibilities

• Carry out Duty Management shifts.
• Prepare weekly and monthly forecasts for restaurant, bar and room service.
• Ensure communication with the Food and Beverage Manager, Head Chef, Conference and Events Manager and Operations Manager.
• Participate in departmental meetings to review progress towards business plan goals.
