Job summary

Harbour Hotels is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager with responsibility for Bar & Events. You will lead the F&B team and ensure flawless delivery for weddings, private celebrations and corporate events across our Harbour Hotels portfolio.

The role requires a minimum of two years’ F&B experience, including at least one year in a supervisory capacity, with strong organisational and communication skills and a passion for guest service.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ Food & Beverage experience.
• At least one year in supervisory or assistant management role.
• Experience in weddings, private celebrations, parties or events preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and motivate a team in a fast-paced environment.

The role…

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, with specific responsibility for Bar & Events, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional guest experiences while supporting the smooth and efficient operation of our Food & Beverage department.

You will have good bar and beverage product knowledge, including cocktail-making skills, and a genuine passion for delivering outstanding service. A key focus of your role will be the successful delivery of weddings, private celebrations, parties and social gatherings, ensuring every occasion is memorable and delivered to the highest standards.

You will have a minimum of two years' Food & Beverage experience, including at least one year in a supervisory or assistant management role, ideally within a quality hotel, restaurant or events environment. You will be highly organised, confident in leading and motivating a team, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a busy, fast-paced environment.

Above all, you will be a hands‑on, enthusiastic leader with excellent attention to detail, strong communication skills and a passion for creating memorable experiences. You will take pride in developing your team, driving sales and ensuring the successful delivery of every event, from intimate celebrations to larger weddings and functions.
