Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to help run our restaurants and bars day-to-day, working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager to deliver exceptional dining experiences. You will lead and support a large, diverse team, train colleagues, maintain high service standards, and contribute to the department's commercial success.

• Prior supervisory or management experience in a quality F&B operation.
• Experience in large, busy environments and/or fine dining.

We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Food & Beverage Manager to join the team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor.

As Assistant Food & Beverage Manager, you'll play a key role in the day-to-day running of our restaurants and bars, helping to deliver exceptional dining experiences for our guests. Working closely with the Food & Beverage Manager, you'll lead and support the team, maintain consistently high service standards and contribute to the commercial success of the department.

• You have previous experience in a supervisory or management role within a quality food and beverage operation, with experience in large, busy environments and/or fine dining.
• You have a passion for delivering exceptional guest experiences and enjoy leading by example, training and developing colleagues to deliver consistently high standards.
• You are highly organised, adaptable and thrive in a fast-paced hospitality environment, enjoying working with large, diverse teams.
