De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Night Manager to oversee overnight operations, ensure guest safety and comfort, and maintain high service standards.

You will cover 22:30–07:00, five nights per week, complete the night audit, coordinate housekeeping night schedules, and manage issues with the events team when weddings are on site.

Qualifications

• Experience working night shifts within a hotel.
• Ability to deliver high standards of service to guests.
• Good knowledge of Health & Safety, COSHH and manual handling regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee overnight operations from 22:30 to 07:00, five nights per week.
• Complete the night audit and ensure night housekeeping schedules run on time.
• Conduct venue walkarounds, ensure security and safety, and address issues as they arise.

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is looking for a Night Manager to join the team. This role is pivotal in ensuring the overnight operation runs smoothly, attending to the safety and comfort of our guests and colleagues, and maintaining our high standards of service., As the Night manager you'll look after our guests and the venue between the hours of 10.30pm and 7am, 5 nights out of 7 each week. You will complete the night audit, ensure that housekeeping night schedules are completed on time and as per company standards, complete venue walkarounds throughout the night ensuring security and safety, and deal with any issues arising during the night. You will be on duty with at least one other member of the nights team and our events team members will often be on site until the early hours of the morning when we have weddings/events taking place.

• Do you have experience working night shifts within a Hotel?
