Job summary

De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor is seeking a Waiter/Waitress to join our team on a full-time basis. You will serve guests with food and drinks, help create memorable experiences, and work collaboratively with colleagues in a vibrant hotel setting that hosts weddings, conferences and events.

Experience is beneficial but trainable, and you will be supported by a comprehensive benefits package as part of a 24/7 operation with varied shift patterns.

Qualifications

• Experience as Waiter/Waitress is helpful but training can be provided.
• Strong customer-service mindset and ability to anticipate guest needs.
• Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a busy environment.

We are recruiting for a Waiter/Waitress to join our team at De Vere Beaumont Estate in Old Windsor. Our restaurants and bars are vibrant places to work and are central to our guest's overall hotel experience. We also host regular events from weddings to private functions and large conferences.

As a Waiter/Waitress at De Vere Beaumont Estate you will be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring our guests have a great experience. Whatever the reason for our guests visit you will make sure their food and drinks are provided smoothly and efficiently and that memorable moments are created.

We are looking for someone to join us on a full-time basis.

• A keen eye for detail and an intuitive approach to our guest's needs
• Someone motivated by delivering high standards of service to ensure each and every guest has a memorable experience
• Someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, juggling multiple tasks with enthusiasm
• A confident team player who enjoys working with others and interacting with people

It would be great if you have previous experience as a Waiter / Waitress, however experience is not essential as full training can be provided so, if you are willing to learn, we would invite you to apply!

set in Old Windsor has a magnificent Georgian manor house as its centrepiece and is our largest hotel estate with 429 bedrooms, 45 meeting & event spaces, and over 40 acres of grounds.
