The Assistant Food and Beverage Manager is responsible for supporting the Food & Beverage Manager by ensuring effective management on the floor, training the team in all aspects of the restaurant, café, and conference area, and ensuring each service runs smoothly.

You will be passionate about the guest experience, promoting wellness and wellbeing at every opportunity. You will ensure guests receive nutritional information and that their dining experience is memorable and inviting for return visits.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering high-quality service in a fast-paced hotel or restaurant environment. Strong communication skills, experience managing costs, recruiting and motivating teams, and fostering teamwork are essential.
