Park Plaza Waterloo London and Park Plaza County Hall London are seeking an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager to lead our F&B teams across breakfast, M&E, restaurant, bar, and room service, delivering memorable guest experiences and driving operational excellence.

As the friendly face of the 399 guest bedrooms, 7 Meeting and Events spaces, and Atrio Restaurant and Bar at the stylish Park Plaza County Hall London Hotel, ideally located just south of Westminster Bridge overlooking the River Thames with spectacular views across London.

The key role for you as our Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will lead by example showing the rest of the team how to give our guests a memorable experience.

• Handles guest inquiries and complaints, resolving issues promptly

• Assists with budgeting, cost control, and achieving revenue targets

• Has previous experience as a Restaurant & Bar Manager or Assistant Food & Beverage Manager in a hotel
