The Fellow, a busy North London pub near King’s Cross, seeks an Assistant Manager to lead daily operations and deliver outstanding guest experiences. You will manage front-of-house teams, oversee service during peak times and help drive commercial performance with a proactive, hands-on approach.

Ideal candidates bring supervisory hospitality experience, a passion for drinks and a knack for leading from the front in a fast-paced environment.

Assistant Manager

Nestled around the corner from King’s Cross and St Pancras train stations, The Fellow is everyone’s favourite North London hangout. There are three floors to enjoy! From the pub on the ground floor with its own Platform 9 & 3/4, to our cocktail bar and heated roof terrace on the first floor. Whipping up delicious seasonal menus, including the best Sunday roasts in King’s Cross, and serving the best craft beers and cocktails!

We’re looking for an Assistant Manager to join our busy, lively pub just moments from King’s Cross Station.

We’re a high-energy, drinks-focused venue where great service, a buzzing atmosphere and a strong team are at the heart of what we do. With a fast pace and plenty going on, no two shifts are quite the same.

The Role

As Assistant Manager, you’ll be a key part of the management team, helping to run the pub day-to-day and making sure our guests have a brilliant experience from the moment they walk through the door.

You’ll be hands-on across the operation, leading the team during busy services, maintaining high standards and helping to drive the commercial performance of the pub.

We’re looking for someone who is confident in a busy environment, enjoys being around people and wants to take the next step in their hospitality career.
