Assistant Financial Accountant, Liverpool

Our Finance Global Shared Service Centre, based on the CSL Seqirus site in Liverpool (Speke), supports our three main businesses: CSL Behring, CSL Seqirus, and CSL Vifor globally. As part of this growth, we are looking to hire an Assistant Financial Accountant.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone to further their finance career in an international environment within an established global company.

Responsibilities:

1. Under direct supervision, perform accounting activities in accordance with the organization's accounting policies, procedures, and reporting requirements.
2. Reconcile accounts, post journal entries, and maintain an accurate general ledger.
3. Collect and compile simple financial information and assist senior accountants with accounting statements and financial reports.
4. Prepare reports such as profit and loss statements, balance sheets, depreciation statements, cash flow, and regulatory reports and filings.

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
2. 0-2 years of experience; commercial accounting experience preferred.
