We're currently recruiting a dedicated Assistant Retail Manager to help ensure the smooth running of operations in a major High Street brand on a full-time basis, contracted to 40 hours per week.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Processing weekly information into the nexus system, ensuring accuracy and completeness, and maintaining compliant paperwork and administration
  • Finalising weekly bookwork and ensuring correct closure and electronic filing
  • Compiling UDT trackers and updating unit managers and senior teams regularly
  • Submitting UDT trackers to the Contracts Director by deadlines
  • Supporting administration of Foodbuy and The Source systems, including data input for contracts
  • Processing weekly payroll, verifying accuracy, and meeting deadlines
  • Investigating and resolving payroll queries
  • Analyzing OurTime system data for information requests
  • Supporting profit protection processes and audits
  • Coordinating ad hoc purchase requests (uniforms, equipment, stationery)
  • Acting as a Compass advocate with professionalism
  • Utilizing Symphony till system for data and report generation
  • Contributing to financial and operational improvements
  • Monitoring ordering processes and highlighting unauthorized purchases
  • Managing purchase orders and client invoicing
  • Completing month-end financial reviews via SAP
  • Building strong relationships with clients and customers
  • Promoting health and safety, demonstrating excellent personal behaviors
