Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a motivated Assistant Site Manager to join the Facilities Management Team at Clock View Hospital. The post holder will lead a team of Facilities Management Assistants delivering a Soft FM service (cleaning, portering, catering and linen).

You will deputise for the Facilities Site Manager on occasion and be responsible for allocating and prioritising work. Candidates should have supervisory facilities experience and be prepared to work towards IOSHH

Qualifications

• Experience in a supervisory role within facilities management.
• Prepared to work towards IOSHH Managing Safety qualification.
• CIEH Level 3 Food Safety qualification preferred.
• Excellent IT and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a team of Facilities Management Assistants delivering Soft FM services (cleaning, portering, catering, linen).
• Deputise for the Facilities Site Manager when required.
• Allocate and prioritise work for the team.
