Job summary

Mersey Care NHS Foundation Trust is opening roles for Facilities Management Assistants at Mossley Hill Hospital, Liverpool. The roles involve catering, cleaning duties, and supporting hospital services within inpatient areas. Flexible hours include 27.5 hours per week (1:30pm–7:00pm) and 15 hours per week (4:00pm–7:00pm).

Training and progression opportunities are provided. Applicants should have GCSEs or relevant experience, basic computer skills, and a willingness to obtain a Food Hygiene

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cleaning of clinical/ward areas, inclusive of toilets.
• Waste disposal.
• Linen transportation.
• Basic food preparation.
• Fridge and food temperature monitoring.
• Collating service user menu orders.
• Support the line manager and minimise overtime and resource waste.
• Undertake mandatory training and complete evaluations.
• Comply with health and safety and security policies.
