Purpose of Role
We are recruiting for an Assistant Facilities Manager to provide operational facilities support at RAF Northolt in Ruislip.
Job Description
The Assistant Facilities Manager will support the Facilities Manager in delivering Hard and Soft services and coordinate operational administration. Key responsibilities include managing the PPM programme, engaging with subcontracted teams, supporting the helpdesk, interacting with engineers and contractors, conducting HSE site walks, and reporting data to demonstrate compliance with SLA/KPI standards.
This role offers development opportunities, supporting our leadership team and enhancing delivery efficiency. It is ideal for someone with facilities/PPM experience aiming to grow towards a Facilities Manager role.
Responsibilities
Supporting the Facilities Manager in daily operations, managing PPM schedules, engaging with subcontractors, assisting the helpdesk, ensuring safety compliance, and reporting performance metrics.
