The Buckinghamshire Golf Club - Arora Group seeks an Assistant Food and Beverage Manager for its luxury hotel. You will assist with managing F&B operations, ensure warm, welcoming and exceptional service, and help drive brand standards across the team.

You will lead by example, monitor performance via guest feedback and financial results, and support budgeting, stock takes and staff training in a fast-paced, high-quality environment.

Formación

• Strong leadership and motivational abilities.
• Full understanding of financial aspects, budgeting and profit and loss.
• Strong analytical and organisational skills.
• Ability to use initiative in challenging situations and under pressure.
• Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
• Excellent attention to detail and drive to maintain high standards.
• Proven experience in managing, coaching, challenging, and developing teams.
• Proven track record in a similar position within a 5-star hotel.
• Excellent standard of English, both written and spoken.
• Experience of working with brand standards.

Responsabilidades

• Assist with managing the Food and Beverage operations, ensuring the team delivers warm, welcoming and exceptional service.
• Lead by example and foster team dynamics to meet guests' needs and brand standards.
• Monitor the division's performance through guest feedback and financial results; take corrective action as needed.
• Assist with the annual operating budget and manage departmental budgets to meet targets.
• Ensure the security of all financial transactions.
• Ensure monthly stock takes are completed and acted upon.
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily inter-department communication.
• Ensure the F&B team are trained and certified.
• Address guest concerns and build relationships to drive guest satisfaction.
• Deputise in the Food and Beverage Manager's absence.
