American Society of Civil Engineers is seeking an Assistant Estimator or Estimator to join a London-based industry leader working on civil engineering and infrastructure projects across rail, airport, nuclear, defence, and energy sectors. • Preparing accurate cost estimates and tenders for civil engineering and infrastructure projects.

• Supporting the development of labour, plant, materials and subcontractor costs.
• Contributing to tender submissions, cost plans and commercial reviews.
• Working closely with commercial, design, procurement and project delivery teams.
• Maintaining clear and accurate estimating records throughout the tender process.
• Supporting value engineering and identifying commercial risks and opportunities.

Assistant Estimator or Estimator level professional with experience of working on civil engineering projects required to join a London based industry leader. • Strong understanding of construction costs, project pricing and tender processes
• Experience working on civil engineering projects
• Ability to interpret technical drawings, specifications and quantities
• Strong analytical, numerical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organisational abilities
• Confident communication skills with the ability to liaise with suppliers, subcontractors and internal teams
• Willingness to develop a career across the rail, nuclear, airport and energy sectors
