Job summary

JOBS247 INC LTD in Rochdale is looking for an Assistant Estimator to support preparation of accurate and competitive estimates for construction and refurbishment projects.

You will review drawings and tender docs, produce take-offs, price schedules, obtain quotes from subcontractors, assist with tender submissions, and identify value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• Approximately 3–4 years' estimating experience within the construction industry.
• Previous experience working for a main contractor or specialist contractor.
• Strong understanding of estimating principles and construction methods.
