Job summary

Jpm Resourcing Ltd in West London is seeking an Assistant Estimator to join its Pre-Construction team. This office-based role offers exposure to tender submissions and a mix of refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects.

You will work alongside experienced estimators, review drawings and specifications, measure quantities, obtain supplier quotations and help prepare pricing schedules to meet tender deadlines.

Qualifications

• Previous estimating or construction experience.
• Experience working for a contractor is advantageous.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Good Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Positive attitude and a willingness to learn.

Location: West London (Office Based)

An established and growing main contractor is looking to appoint an ambitious Assistant Estimator to join its Pre-Construction team based in West London.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to develop their estimating career within a business that delivers a diverse range of refurbishment, maintenance and new build projects valued between £50,000 and £10 million.

Working alongside experienced Estimators, you'll gain exposure to the full tender process while receiving ongoing support and development.
