Assistant Estimator – Office Design & Build

Manchester | £35,000 - £45,000 + Travel Allowance + Incentives

About the Company:

We’re proud to be working with a vibrant and forward-thinking office design & build specialist based in the heart of Manchester. Known for their creative flair, collaborative culture, and award-winning projects, this team is growing and is now looking to recruit an Assistant Estimator to support their expanding pipeline of commercial fit-out projects.

The Role:

As an Assistant Estimator, you will work closely with the Senior Estimator to produce competitive and accurate tenders that help secure new projects. Your responsibilities will include the full tendering process, from take-offs and subcontractor liaison to cost planning and bid submissions.

What we’re looking for:

• 1–3 years’ experience in a similar role – as an Assistant Estimator or Assistant Quantity Surveyor

• Confident communicator, both written and verbal
• A proactive, team-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail
