Candidate Requirements
  • Deep knowledge of Building Regulations, building technology, and technical training
  • Experience with structural defects, NHBC Standards, and site inspections is advantageous
  • Relevant experience in building/construction sectors with understanding of building pathology
  • Excellent communication skills, proactive approach, and full driving license
Qualifications
  • Working towards or holding chartered membership (e.g., MCIOB, CABE)
