About the Company:

We’re proud to be working with a vibrant and forward-thinking office design & build specialist based in the heart of Manchester. Known for their creative flair, collaborative culture, and award-winning projects, this team is going from strength to strength and is now looking to bring an Assistant Estimator on board to support their growing pipeline of commercial fit-out work.

The Role:

As an Assistant Estimator, you’ll work closely with the Senior Estimator to produce competitive and accurate tenders that help secure exciting new projects. You'll be involved in the full tendering process, from take-offs and subcontractor liaison to cost planning and bid submissions. This is a great opportunity to grow with a company that values development, with a balance of office-based and remote working.

What we’re looking for:

1-3 years’ experience in a similar role - either as an Assistant Estimator or Assistant Quantity Surveyor

Exposure to the commercial fit-out sector is a bonus, but not essential

Strong numerical and analytical skills

Confident communicator, both written and verbal

A proactive, team-oriented approach with a keen eye for detail
