Salary details: £14,520.08 to £14,750.51 per year

Hours: 21 hours per week (Monday to Sunday)

Eligibility

Candidates must possess the necessary right to work authorisation to enable them to work for Chesterfield Borough Council. Regrettably, we are unable to provide sponsorship or assume sponsorship of an employment visa at this juncture.

Role and duties

This is an exciting time for you to join Chesterfield Borough Council as we look to recruit a part time assistant environmental service officers to our streetscene team, on a seasonal basis.

The successful candidates will carry out a range of duties with a specific focus on the maintenance and cleaning of Chesterfield town centre. We ensure that streets, are kept clean, safe and tidy, whilst providing the very best levels of customer service to all members of the community that we serve.

Working patterns

You will be required to work weekends and bank holidays on a rota basis, so it is essential that successful candidates are able to work flexibly within the needs of the service.
