UKundwork London is seeking an Assistant Employment Coach to support the Job Club delivery in Tameside. You will engage participants, assist with referrals, and help build confidence as they prepare for work.
Working with the Senior Employment Coach, you will help recruit residents, manage caseloads, track progression, and maintain strong links with local employers and partners. The role is up to 15 hours across 2 days per week for 6 months, with potential extension.

You will assist with day-to-day delivery, including working with referral partners, supporting training and coaching activities, and helping to match individuals with opportunities that reflect employer needs
We’re looking for a proactive and motivated Assistant Employment Coach to support the delivery of our Job Club in Tameside, part of the Economic Inactivity Trailblazer initiative.
Working closely with the Senior Employment Coach, you will help ensure the Job Club runs effectively and offers a high-quality service for all participants.
In this role, you will support the programme launch and ongoing delivery by helping to recruit St Peter’s Ward residents, develop referral pathways, and build strong relationships with local stakeholders and employers. You will also assist with caseload management and progression tracking, ensuring that individuals are supported to develop skills, connect with opportunities, and achieve their potential.
The role is initially for up to 15 hours across 2 days a week, for a period of 6-months. Further opportunities may be available beyond this but cannot be guaranteed
