Red 5 People is recruiting for an employment advisory role within a well-established charity delivering an MSK employment programme in London. You will work with Physiotherapists to support people whose health conditions affect their ability to work, providing tailored employment coaching and managing your own caseload of about 25.

The role involves engaging with employers, keeping precise records, and contributing to a multidisciplinary team.

Job description

Would you like to support people with a physical health condition into employment? This cutting edge programme provides job seekers free access to 6 months physio, gym and you (as the careers specialist).

We're recruiting on behalf of a well-established charity delivering an innovative MSK (Musculoskeletal) employment programme. Working closely with Physiotherapists, you'll support people whose health conditions are affecting their ability to find or remain in work.

Participants receive up to six months of physiotherapy alongside six months' free gym membership, allowing you to focus on what you do best - providing tailored employment support while working as part of a wider multidisciplinary team. Based in modern offices, you'll join a friendly, supportive team with an excellent reputation.

You'll manage your own caseload (circa 25), deliver one-to-one employment coaching, engage with employers, maintain accurate records and help people move into sustainable employment. As with any quality employment programme, strong administration and case management skills are essential. Typically you will also work from home one day a week for admin.

We're keen to hear from Employment Advisors, Employment Coaches, Work Coaches, IPS Employment Specialists or similar professionals who enjoy achieving outcomes and making a genuine difference.

Interviews will take place on Thursday 28th August. To be considered, you'll already need to be London-based. There are vacancies in Kensington & Chelsea, Hillingdon, Barnet, Hounslow and Hammersmith & Fulham

Please note: This is a permanent contract of employment. Funding for the programme is currently confirmed until March 2027, with every expectation that it will be extended beyond this. Even when individual programmes come to an end, this charity has an excellent track record of redeploying colleagues onto other funded services, providing strong long-term career stability.

Th salary scale is £32,000 - £35,000 (DOE)
