Job summary

Exeter College is seeking two Job Coaches to join the Inclusion, Work & Independence team in Barnstaple. You will support learners with additional needs as they prepare for and access meaningful work placements, developing employability and workplace skills.

Responsibilities include sourcing placements, on-the-job coaching, CV support and interview prep, and building strong partnerships with local employers and carers to help learners gain independence and sustainable employment.

Qualifications

  • Experience working with individuals with additional needs, learning disabilities and/or autism.
  • Must hold a full driving licence.
  • GCSE Maths and English at grade 4/C or above.

We are looking for two enthusiastic and proactive Job Coaches to join our Inclusion, Work & Independence team. This is a rewarding opportunity to support learners with additional needs as they prepare for, access and sustain meaningful work placements and progress towards employment.

As a Job Coach, you will play a vital role in helping learners develop confidence, independence and workplace skills while building strong partnerships with employers across the local community.

What You'll Be Doing:

About You
