Job summary

Fusion People are recruiting an Assistant Electrical Technical Manager for a prominent NHS site in Portsmouth. The role involves leading LV inspection, testing and maintenance across a large healthcare facility, working alongside three other managers.

You must hold C&G 2391 and 18th edition with NVQ3; AM2 is preferred. 1–2 years' experience is desirable, with a transition path for ex-marine engineers. Standby 1 in 4, with potential bonuses for AP certifications.

Qualifications

• NVQ3 awarded.
• AM2 preferred; opportunity to undergo LV/HV AP training.

Responsibilities

• Oversee LV inspection, testing and maintenance across a large NHS site.
• Coordinate with a team of four including other Assistant Electrical Technical Managers.
• Manage standby calls on a 1 in 4 rota; additional bonus for each AP certification (up to 3).
• Opportunity to undergo AP training for LV/HV systems.

Working with 3 other Assistant Electrical Technical Managers, you will manage predominantly LV inspection, testing and maintenance across a large healthcare site.

You must have C&G 2391 and 18th edition, NVQ3, preferably with AM2. You will be given the opportunity to undergo full LV and HV AP training.

This role would suit someone with 1- 2 years experience who is looking to develop themselves, would also suit any ex marine engineers looking to transition to civvy street.

Call out 1 in 4 – standby allowance paid and additional bonus’s paid for each AP certification (up to 3)
